PAYNTR Golf Return & Price adjustment Policy

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please visit our Return & Exchange Page to process a return and/or exchange.

ALL Returns & Exchanges must be completed through our process, if returned in other ways or through other carries without the proper communication to our customer care team refunds are subject to be severely delayed. 

Please note that we offer a complimentary $10 flat rate shipping charge on all returns- this provides you with a return shipping label and/or a QR code. If processing an exchange, this charge is waived.

RETURNS FROM OTHER RETAILERS

Any PAYNTR Golf products purchased from a retail shop or any other website (any website that is not payntrgolf.com) must be returned to the retailer you purchased from. Please contact the retailer in which you purchased for support with your return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at customercare@payntrgolf.com

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

To qualify for a price adjustment, if the items that you purchased are now on sale, a one-time price adjustment will honored within 14 days of the original purchase date. Item's also must be in stock in the same style, size, and color. To request a price adjustment please reach out to customercare@payntrgolf.com and provide your order number. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are automatically processed back to your original form of payment method within 10 business days once we have received and inspected your return. If a return does not pass quality control inspection, you will be notified by customer care with next steps. We have the right to dispute the refund and/or shoes will be sent back to you, if shoes are not sent back in in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@payntrgolf.com.
