SHIPPING & HANDLING
All PAYNTR Golf orders are shipped out of Chicago, Illinois. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 48 hours for the warehouse to process orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. PAYNTR Golf uses UPS as our preferred shipping carrier, below are the choices of services to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
We are also unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
We are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada from this site.

Economy Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of $180 or more (US ONLY)
- $15 flat rate for orders below $180 in US
- Orders with Standard shipping typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped 2nd Day Air with a flat rate of $100.
- Orders to Canada have a flat rate of $28 US and customers are responsible to pay for duties and taxes.
2-Day Shipping
- $65 flat rate for all orders (US ONLY)
- Orders with 2-Day shipping typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Please note that 2-Day Shipping orders typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days for rural and remote locations
- Orders MUST be entered by 10am CST.
Why Have Our Shipping Rates Changed?
We’re committed to being transparent with our customers, including when it comes to shipping costs.
Golf footwear requires larger & heavier packaging than many other consumer products. Because major carriers calculate shipping costs based on both the weight and dimensions of a package, our footwear is relatively expensive to ship compared with other footwear styles.
Over the past year, we have experienced significant increases in carrier and fulfillment costs. While we continue to absorb a portion of these increases, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our shipping rates to better reflect the actual cost of delivering your order.
Our shipping charges are not intended to be a source of profit. They are designed to help cover the costs we incur to safely and reliably deliver our products to you.
We understand that no one likes paying more for shipping, and we remain focused on negotiating better carrier rates, improving our fulfillment efficiency, and keeping shipping costs as reasonable as possible.
