Position Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeping & Clerical Assistant to work 16 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and has a solid understanding of financial systems and clerical processes. The position is remote, but candidates must be located near Lake Oswego, Oregon for occasional in-person meetings or support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

  • Reconcile transactions across Shopify, PayPal, and QuickBooks

  • Track and organize financial records, invoices, and receipts

  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and file management

  • Support the payment of commission to sales team

  • Assist with processing payments and expense tracking

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Shopify, and PayPal is required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace)

  • Must be located near Lake Oswego, Oregon

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
