We’re seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Wholesale Sales Specialist to help us grow our presence and provide outstanding service to our retail partners and golfers everywhere.
Position Overview
As a Wholesale Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding PAYNTR Golf’s wholesale business. In this role, you will support existing territory sales representatives through account management, order entry, and customer service—while also proactively identifying, opening, and onboarding new green-grass wholesale accounts, including in territories without current representation.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about golf and innovative performance products.
Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and prospect new “green grass” (golf courses, training facilities, and off course specialty) accounts.

Lead the onboarding process for new wholesale partners and manage inbound inquiries.

Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (email and phone) to convert prospects into active accounts.

Conduct engaging virtual or in-person product demonstrations.

Support the overall wholesale growth strategy by achieving monthly and quarterly activation goals.

Assist accounts with order fulfillment, product availability, and return processing.

Accurately place wholesale, special, and promotional orders while tracking customer returns.

Develop an in-depth understanding of PAYNTR Golf’s products to deliver personalized recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications

Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-centric approach.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in all order and account details.

Problem Solver: Creative thinker with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Golf Enthusiast (Preferred): A passion for golf or familiarity with golf equipment and apparel is a plus—but not required. We’ll train you on everything you need to succeed.
